Wonderful Experience

The room had a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. I found the room very clean and spacious. Breakfast included fresh Pasteis de Nata every morning, I really enjoyed this treat. The hotel is right next to the metro station.

The metro noise was noticeable. It seemed like a tram was constantly running under the window.

the breakfast buffet was amazing (i especially liked the pastries!). i found a wide variety of options. the hotel is very close to the metro station and this made getting around very simple. the staff provided excellent support and information, which i found helpful.

i noticed slight wear on some bathroom fittings, yet this did not affect my experience.

i found the supermarket downstairs very useful. the staff showed themselves nice and always helpful. breakfast was delicious, it included even portuguese sweets. they had pastel de nata, that was a nice touch.

the soundproofing was not perfect. i could hear some noise from outside and other rooms.

The breakfast offered a good variety of food choices. The location was close to the metro station. It was convenient for getting around. Housekeeping was very efficient. My room was well kept .

My room was on the first floor. I heard noise from the subway. It was quite loud. I was told parking was required from 7:00 to 21:00. I later learned the actual payable period was shorter. This led me to pay unnecessarily for parking.
